Wertify is a digital platform for property valuations in Switzerland. Personal data is processed only to the extent required to provide the valuation, ensure technical security, communicate with users and, where applicable, perform a targeted local broker search.

The valuation can generally be used without providing personal contact details. You can start and complete the valuation anonymously.

We pay attention to data minimisation, purpose limitation and restrained processing. Only the information actually required for the respective function is collected.

Depending on how the platform is used, we process address and property data, information on the condition of the property, uploaded images, contact details for enquiries, technically required connection data and voluntary information in the context of the broker search.

The data is used to create property valuations, provide valuation dossiers, process enquiries, prevent abuse and operate the platform reliably.

For the valuation of a property, we process in particular the address, postcode, location, property type, area details, condition information, features and other valuation data entered by you.

This information is used to create a market value estimate, notes on condition and investments as well as a valuation dossier. Previously created valuations may be internally historicised so that repeated valuations of the same property remain stable and understandable.

Users may optionally have the recovery code sent once by email. The email address entered for this purpose is not used as a normal contact profile for later contact, advertising or sales logic.

If you upload images, they are used exclusively to supplement the assessment of the property. Image analysis helps cautiously include visible condition features, equipment and possible renovation topics in the valuation.

Images may contain personal data, such as number plates, private objects or other identifying features. Please therefore only upload images that you want to use for the valuation. The analysis does not replace a technical inspection or an on-site visit.

Data is not automatically passed on to brokers as part of the normal valuation. This only happens if you expressly request the local broker search and give the corresponding consent in the form.

If you consent, your enquiry and the property data relevant for the referral may be passed on in a targeted way to a suitable local broker from your region. There is no random distribution to large platforms, no mass referral and no disclosure to a large number of providers.

Only the information required for the targeted review and processing of the enquiry is passed on, in particular contact details, property details, location or region and the context of your sales enquiry.

Wertify uses AI-supported functions for follow-up questions, text preparation, image analysis and parts of the structured valuation. Selected inputs and images may be transmitted to external AI services where this is required for the respective function.

External AI services such as OpenAI may be used.

No personal contact details such as names, email addresses or telephone numbers are transmitted to external AI services. This also applies to information from the broker search.

If individual inputs could indirectly allow conclusions about people, we limit the transmitted data to the necessary minimum and use it only for the respective function.

AI processing uses only property information relevant to the valuation, in particular postcode, location context, structured property data, condition information and optionally uploaded images.

The services used are not used to create independent user profiles or to use data for general advertising purposes.

When using external services, it may be necessary to transfer data to countries outside Switzerland or the European Union, for example the United States.

We pay attention to appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.

On listing price-check pages and public mortgage-rate pages, Wertify may optionally display advertising placements. Internal notices may be shown by default.

Google AdSense is loaded only if the service is technically enabled and you have consented to the use of marketing or advertising cookies.

Without marketing consent, no AdSense ads are loaded; the listing check, mortgage-rate overview and normal property valuation remain usable.

Data is processed on servers or in systems required for operating Wertify. Depending on the operating mode, part of the data may be kept locally, in a database or in server-side storage systems.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, manipulation or accidental disclosure.

Data is processed primarily on servers within the European Union, currently in Germany.

To deliver content and ensure a stable and fast connection, we use a content delivery network such as Cloudflare.

Technically necessary data may be processed through servers within the European Union.

When accessing the platform, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, time of access, accessed paths, browser information and security-related identifiers.

This data is used to technically provide the platform, trace errors, prevent abuse, implement rate limits and ensure system security.

The processing is not intended to create a comprehensive user profile without cause.

If you write to us via the contact form or request a broker search, we process the contact details and content you provide in order to process your enquiry, answer follow-up questions or prepare the requested referral.

This information is used exclusively for the respective communication and processing purpose. Without your consent in the broker form, no targeted disclosure to a local broker takes place.

Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you may request information about the data processed about you. You may also request correction of inaccurate data and, where applicable, deletion or restriction of processing.

If processing is based on your consent, you may revoke it with effect for the future. Processing already carried out remains unaffected.
